Please note Tongue Ties are not responsibility for any additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for a full product refund within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) so long as they are in perfect, original, saleable condition.
To arrange an exchange or refund please email talk-to-us@tongueties.co.uk listing your order number, name, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return and, where applicable, the product you would like to exchange for.
You will be then be provided a return address along with details of how any refund will be applied.
Extended Christmas refund policy - All Tongue Ties bought between the 1st and 26th of December can be returned up until the 31st January 2022.
